Whatever was left of Russia by 2069 has dissolved into SovOil, after SovOil became recognized as more of a World Power than anything Russia could produce. Especially after the 3rd Corporate War.
Russia leaves Earth in the form of SovOil (save for a few minor entities of SovOil - which can be construed as "Little Russia" settlements.)
They form a Martian Colony with the ESA called Isidis, complete with a colonial government.
Little settlements of SovOil keep attempting to merge with other, smaller entities. Mostly satellite locations.
Such as the recent merger of SovOil and Militech of New New York.
