That's City Center." Ending the sentence by not actually ending his breath, "And you, you gonna order somethin'?!" The beleaguered soup shop attendant shouts over your shoulder, forcing you out of his face by ignoring your presence.
By the time you get there, you can still hear the horns of ships down in the bay. Not to mention local gangs firing random shots at each other, somewhere across town.
Yep, this is City Center, alright.
