Hero Awakes in Villain's Lair
The hero doesn't remember how the fight ended exactly. There was blood and pain and then... Nothing. They wake laying on a large, soft couch in front of a crackling fireplace, rain pattering against a window and thunder occasionally rumbling. They are wrapped in bandages, and the dull ache tells them their wounds have been properly attended to. On the other side of the room, where piano music is originating, they hear the scribbling of a pen on paper. It's the villain at their desk, writing their master plan now that they have the hero tucked away in their home.
